The Public Works Department is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for up to five firms to provide On-Call Environmental Consulting Services for federal transportation projects, capital improvement bond projects, and other City projects located citywide. These services may include but are not limited to environmental document preparation in accordance with TxDOT and FHWA requirements, Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting and other requirements.
