The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids for the Churchill Ave Area Drainage Improvements project. Scope: Purpose of this project is to alleviate flooding from a natural, not defined low
within residential properties that appears to have been filled-in in some areas and provide safe access to area residents during 25yr rain events. Planned improvement will include constructing a defined earthen channel and culvert crossings at Chloe Dr., Churchill Ave, and Minnie St. Easement acquisition may be needed for the entire length of the improvement.
