The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to deliver
preventive and remedial maintenance, inspection, and repairs of various sizes and types of janitorial equipment
covered in this contract and used throughout city buildings. This equipment is used by the Building and
Equipment Services Department – Facilities Division to perform cleaning at the various locations listed.
Contractor is expected to furnish the necessary labor, materials, service equipment, tools, transportation,
methods of transportation, supervision, service reports, supplies and any needed personal protective equipment and hygiene supplies to fulfill the requirements of this contract.
