The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Riverwalk Channel Improvements: Staircase and Sidewalks project. Scope: The Project consists of repair and rehabilitation as part of the Center City Development & Operations (CCDO) Department's continuing efforts to improve and maintain the infrastructure and the experience of the San Antonio River Walk. CCDO will be utilizing the construction services of a general contractor at several areas along the River Walk utilizing the competitive sealed proposal delivery method for construction. This construction project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of sidewalks, steps, ramps, retaining walls, handrails, and any other work required for the completion of the project as designed in the project plans and specifications.
