Contingency Account Fund, payable to the Magik Children's Theatre, to be used
to provide free and discounted performance tickets to economically disadvantaged
students in the City; as requested by Mayor Edward D. Garza.

authorizing the expenditure of $150.00 from the Mayor's
Contingency Account Fund, payable to the Office of Youth Ministries/CYO, to be
used for its annual All Sports Banquet, which honors the outstanding athletes
and adult leaders of the CYO Sports programs, that was held on December 2, 2002;
as requested by Mayor Edward D. Garza.

authorizing the expenditure of $250.00 from the District 5
Contingency Account Fund, payable to the Mirasol Homes Resident Council to help
defray the costs associated with the Associations Christmas Dinner, which was
held on December 21, 2002; as requested by Councilman David A. Garcia.

authorizing the expenditure of $500.00 from the District 9
Contingency Account Fund, payable to the Incarnate Word High School Madrigal
Singers, to be used to offset costs associated with the Madrigal Singers' trip
to Washington, D.C. from December 4, 2002 through December 8, 2002 to sing at
the White House; as requested by Councilman Carroll W. Schubert.

10 Contingency Account Fund, payable to the Northside Neighbors on Patrol, to be
